At Crochet and Ivy Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with any tags or packaging intact.

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

• Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handmade nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Digital downloads

• Items marked as final sale

• Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item(if possible, or a reasonable replacement will be made) or offer a refund.
